Arts Umbrella

Our team worked with the Arts Umbrella dance studios to create a series of cinematic videos to help translate what DANCE means to them.

After interviewing their talented performers, we asked each of them to improvise a series of movements; whatever they felt in the moment. We also got full access to capture some of their ensemble stage performances, which was a true feat of precision and grace. It was an endeavour of great commentary, capturing incredible talent and beautiful movement on our lenses.

The end result is a fluid, surreal mini film that invites you to enter a new perspective of movement, individuality and spirit.
